Chelsea Third Shirt 2018/19 Hazard 10 (M) is a Nike-made third kit from Maurizio Sarri’s 2018/19 campaign, when the club finished third in the Premier League and lifted the UEFA Europa League. This Chelsea shirt represents Eden Hazard’s final season at Stamford Bridge, where he finished as the club’s top scorer before his move to Real Madrid, making the Chelsea 2018/19 football shirt a notable piece from the late‑2010s Premier League era.

The design features subtle tonal blue horizontal hoops across a light blue base with a crew neck and a bold orange detail on the back of the collar. Yokohama Tyres appears across the front with the Nike logo opposite the Chelsea crest, while Hazard 10 is printed on the back in dark navy with the Premier League lion within the numbering. The colour contrast and modern styling reflect the look of the Chelsea 2018/19 kit and a classic Chelsea Nike shirt from that period.
