Das Design besticht durch einen schwarzen Grundton mit einem orangefarbenen Block auf der rechten Brust, orangefarbenen Ärmelbündchen und dem passenden Namen und der Nummer von Sneijder (#10). Es hat einen Rundhalsausschnitt und kein Sponsorenlogo, lediglich das Nike-Logo und das KNVB-Wappen befinden sich auf der Brust. Ein schlichtes Nike-Trikot der Niederlande aus der internationalen Ära der frühen 2010er-Jahre, das auch als offizielles niederländisches Trikot der Saison 2012/13 anerkannt ist.
