Das Design besticht durch eine violette Grundfarbe mit einem schwarzen geometrischen Muster auf der Vorderseite und orangefarbenen Zierelementen am V-Ausschnitt. Das Logo von AFAS Software prangt prominent auf der Vorderseite, während das Under Armour-Logo und das AZ-Wappen auf der Brust platziert sind. Die markante Farbkombination erinnert an das Trikotdesign der Eredivisie Mitte der 2010er-Jahre und macht dieses AZ Under Armour-Trikot zu einem echten Hingucker.
