Lazio Home Shirt L/S 2000/1 Nedved #18 (L) is a long sleeve home shirt from Lazio’s 2000/1 Serie A campaign, produced by Puma. The Lazio shirt comes from the season following their league title win, when the club competed domestically and in the UEFA Champions League, finishing third in Serie A and winning the Supercoppa Italiana.

The design features Lazio’s traditional light blue base with black and white geometric panels across the shoulders and sides, finished with a white trimmed v-neck collar. The Puma logo appears centrally on the chest above the Siemens Mobile sponsor, with Nedved #18 on the back. This Lazio 2000/1 football shirt reflects the bold early‑2000s design style of Italian football and remains a sought-after Lazio Nedved shirt from the Puma era.
