1999/00 Ajax Van Der Vaart #43 Away Shirt (XXL) is an Ajax shirt made by Umbro for the club’s Eredivisie campaign, when Ajax finished fifth and Rafael van der Vaart made his senior first-team debut wearing squad number 43.
The dark blue Ajax Away kit features white side panels, red piping, white and red sleeve trim, and a white polo collar with a V-neck insert. Ajax’s crest appears on the chest opposite the Umbro mark, while ABN AMRO is printed vertically across the front. White Van Der Vaart #43 printing completes this Umbro Ajax jersey, a strong example of late-1990s Eredivisie design.
