Ajax Home Shirt 1996/97 (L) is a classic Umbro-produced home kit from a season when Ajax finished fourth in the Eredivisie and reached the UEFA Champions League semi-finals. This Ajax shirt represents the club’s first campaign after moving to the Amsterdam Arena, reflecting the mid‑1990s era of Dutch football. Known as the Ajax 1996/97 football shirt, it remains a recognised design from a transitional period for the Amsterdam club.
The design features Ajax’s traditional white base with a bold red central panel and subtle tonal graphics within the red section.
