Het uitshirt van Nederland 1994/95 (maat M) is een klassiek Nederlands shirt, geproduceerd door Lotto voor het nationale elftal tijdens het seizoen 1994/95.
Het ontwerp bestaat uit een witte basis met een doorlopend, tonaal geometrisch Lotto-patroon, aangevuld met rode, witte en blauwe accenten op de polokraag en mouwmanchetten, en een V-hals. Het KNVB-logo staat op de borst tegenover het Lotto-logo, terwijl een grote Winning Mood Soccer Camps-sponsorafbeelding op de voorkant prijkt. Een oranje rugnummer en de opvallende stijl uit het midden van de jaren 90 maken dit retro shirt van Nederland tot een opvallend voorbeeld van een authentiek Nederlands shirt.
