Het Ajax thuisshirt 2012/13 (maat S) is een authentiek Ajax-shirt uit het seizoen waarin de club onder Frank de Boer de Eredivisie-titel won. Het shirt werd geproduceerd door Adidas voor thuiswedstrijden en gedragen tijdens nationale en Europese competities.
