Het Italiaanse thuisshirt 2010/12 Pirlo #21 (M) is het blauwe thuisshirt dat Puma produceerde voor het Italiaanse nationale team tijdens de interlandperiode van 2010/12. Dit Italiaanse shirt stamt uit de periode waarin de Azzurri deelnamen aan het FIFA WK 2010.
Het shirt is overwegend blauw met een subtiele, geometrische print op de borst, aangevuld met witte biezen langs de schouders en mouwen. De ronde hals is afgewerkt met een driekleurige bies in groen, wit en rood, terwijl het Puma-logo tegenover het Italiaanse embleem op de borst staat. Op de rug prijkt Pirlo's rugnummer 21, waarmee dit strakke ontwerp van het Italiaanse thuisshirt compleet is.
