Het Spaanse thuisshirt 2012/13 Ramos #15 (M) is het Adidas-thuisshirt dat gedragen werd in een periode waarin Spanje na de overwinning op het EK 2012 en de finaleplaats in de FIFA Confederations Cup 2013 hun dominantie in het internationale voetbal voortzette. Dit Spaanse shirt vertegenwoordigt het Spaanse team van 2012/13.
Het ontwerp bestaat uit een rode basis met tonale diagonale geometrische strepen over de voorkant, afgewerkt met gele schouderstrepen en een gele V-hals. Blauwe mouwboorden zorgen voor contrast, terwijl het Spaanse embleem en het Adidas-logo op de borst te zien zijn, zonder sponsorvermelding. Op de achterkant staat Ramos #15, waarmee het shirt wordt gekoppeld aan een van de verdedigende leiders van het team.
