Het Italiaanse thuisshirt 2012/13 met lange mouwen, spelerseditie Balotelli #9 (M), is het thuisshirt met lange mouwen dat het Italiaanse nationale team droeg in het seizoen 2012/13. Het werd geproduceerd door Puma na hun succesvolle deelname aan het EK 2012, waar ze de finale bereikten. Dit Italiaanse shirt weerspiegelt het ontwerp dat rond dat toernooi werd gebruikt, met Mario Balotelli's rugnummer 9 op een spelerseditie die geassocieerd wordt met zijn uitstekende prestaties, waaronder de beroemde twee doelpunten in de halve finale tegen Duitsland.
Het ontwerp kenmerkt zich door een blauwe basis met een subtiel chevronpatroon over de voorkant en een polokraag afgewerkt met groene, witte en rode biezen.
