Het shirt heeft een strakke witte basis met zwarte details op de schouders, korte mouwen en een polokraag. Een vierkant D+ Libertà Digitale-sponsorlogo prijkt op de voorkant, met Kappa-branding op de borst en Zidanes rugnummer 21. Details zoals mesh-panelen op de mouwen en interne Kappa-tape weerspiegelen de constructie uit de late jaren 90, waardoor het een gewild Juventus Zidane-shirt en een opvallend retro Juventus-shirt uit het Italiaanse voetbal van die tijd is.
