Het AZ Alkmaar thuisshirt 2011/12 (M) is een klassiek AZ-shirt uit het Eredivisie-seizoen 2011/12, geproduceerd door Macron. In die periode was de club actief in de nationale competitie en bereikte de kwartfinales van de UEFA Europa League.
