De Belgische thuisshorts 2018/19 (S) maken deel uit van het Adidas-thuistenue dat het Belgische nationale team droeg tijdens de interlandperiode van 2018/19, toen het team een historische derde plaats behaalde op het WK 2018.
Het ontwerp kenmerkt zich door een effen rode basis met subtiele, tonale zijstrepen, die de strakke internationale tenues van Adidas uit de late jaren 2010 weerspiegelen. Een geborduurd Belgisch clublogo is te zien linksonder aan de voorkant, in evenwicht gehouden door het Adidas-logo aan de andere kant. Zonder sponsorlogo's blijft de look eenvoudig en authentiek voor internationale wedstrijdtenues uit die periode, waardoor deze shorts een passende aanvulling vormen op een authentiek Belgisch tenue.
