Het ontwerp kenmerkt zich door een overwegend zwarte basis met feloranje accenten op de ronde hals en mouwranden, aangevuld met oranje zijpanelen. Het PSV-logo prijkt op de borst naast het Umbro-logo, terwijl Brainport Eindhoven prominent op de voorkant te zien is. Het gedurfde kleurcontrast zorgde ervoor dat het PSV-shirt van 2019/20 opviel in de Eredivisie en is sindsdien uitgegroeid tot een gewild vintage PSV-shirt uit een unieke, ononderbroken reeks.
