Terms and Conditions for Heat Press Service
By using our heat press service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Service Scope
This service applies to one shirt per order. To print multiple shirts, please add the service to your cart multiple times. Bulk discounts will be applied automatically at checkout.
2. Namesets
You may provide your own namesets or request us to create them for you.
Namesets provided by us are reproductions and are not official licensed products.
Flock Namesets: We do not produce flock namesets (e.g., Premier League 1997–2007). Contact us for special inquiries.
3. Patches
We currently do not offer patches for sale. If you provide patches, an additional €2 per printed patch will be charged.
4. Processing and Delivery Time
Standard processing time is one week after receiving the shirt.
For expedited processing, you can select the Fast-Track Option, and we will ship your shirt back within 3 working days.
5. Shipping Details
For Your Own Shirts:
Customers are responsible for shipping their shirts to our office. The shipping fee paid at checkout covers return shipping. Customers must purchase an additional shipping label to send the shirt to us. Allow 1 week after we receive your shirt for processing before it is shipped back.
For Shirts Purchased from Our Site:
Standard shipping applies directly to your home after the shirt is printed.
6. Liability Disclaimer
While we take the utmost care during the heat press process, by sending us your shirt, you acknowledge and accept the following: Risk of Damage: Although no customer prints have ever gone wrong, unforeseen damage may occur to the shirt during the printing process. This includes but is not limited to material issues, unforeseen reactions during pressing, or other printing-related errors. No Liability: We cannot be held liable for any damages to the shirt during the process. By sending your shirt to us, you agree that you understand and accept this risk.
Our Commitment: We commit to delivering the highest quality prints and ensuring all shirts are handled with professional care.
7. Customization Instructions
Customers must provide accurate details for customization, including the name, number, and shirt type (e.g., Home/Away/Third).
Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in delays or errors.
8. Refunds and Returns
Due to the customized nature of this service, refunds are not available once printing has begun.
In the unlikely event of a printing error on our part, we will work with you to correct the issue.
