2004/5 Poland Home Shirt (L) is a Puma-made Poland home shirt from the 2004/05 season, worn as the national side pursued 2006 FIFA World Cup qualification. This Polen shirt reflects a campaign that ended with Poland's first World Cup qualification in 16 years.
The mainly red shirt has white geometric shoulder and side panels, a V-neck, Puma marks across the chest and sleeves, the Poland crest and a small sleeve flag patch; there is no sponsor. Its early-2000s look makes this original Polen jersey a strong example of a Polen 2004/5 football shirt from a landmark qualifying period.
