Regeln

Wir haben ein 14-tägiges Rückgaberecht, d. h. Sie haben 14 Tage nach Erhalt Ihres Artikels Zeit, eine Rückgabe zu beantragen. Um für eine Rückgabe in Frage zu kommen, muss sich Ihr Artikel in demselben Zustand befinden, in dem Sie ihn erhalten haben, ungetragen oder unbenutzt und mit allen Etiketten versehen (falls vorhanden). Außerdem benötigen Sie die Quittung oder den Kaufbeleg.

Sobald Ihr Rückgabeantrag genehmigt wurde, müssen Sie den Artikel innerhalb von 14 Tagen zurücksenden. Wenn wir den Artikel nicht innerhalb dieser Frist erhalten, ist die Rückgabe ungültig und wird nicht mehr akzeptiert.

Unsere Mystery Boxen sind die einzigen Produkte, für die ein Rückgaberecht von 100 Tagen gilt. Dies gilt nicht für alle anderen Produkte auf unserer Website.

Schäden und Probleme

Bitte überprüfen Sie Ihre Bestellung bei Erhalt und kontaktieren Sie uns sofort, wenn der Artikel defekt ist (falls er nicht aufgelistet wurde), beschädigt ist oder wenn Sie den falschen Artikel erhalten haben, damit wir das Problem bewerten und beheben können.

Der schnellste Weg, um sicherzustellen, dass Sie bekommen, was Sie wollen, ist die Rückgabe des Artikels, den Sie haben, und wenn die Rückgabe akzeptiert wird, machen Sie einen separaten Kauf für den neuen Artikel.

Unpaid Customs Fees and Returns

If customs fees for an international package are not paid by the recipient, the package will automatically be returned to us by the foreign customs office.

Please note that this return process may take longer than usual. Since refunds are only issued once we receive the returned package, it may take additional time before your refund is processed.

Erstattungen

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@first11shirts.com.
