El diseño presenta una base azul oscuro con escudos del Ajax en tonos a juego en toda la tela, complementada con detalles en rojo y blanco en los hombros y un gráfico lateral rojo con el texto AJAX. Un patrocinador vertical, ABN AMRO, recorre la parte delantera, con la marca Umbro frente al escudo del club. Acabada con un cuello abotonado en contraste, esta camiseta Umbro del Ajax refleja el diseño del fútbol holandés de finales de la década de 1990 y sigue siendo una prenda vintage del Ajax muy codiciada.
