2003/4 AC Milan Kaka #22 Third Shirt (L) is an Adidas-made AC Milan shirt from the club’s 2003/04 Serie A title-winning season, in the third-shirt design from Kaká’s standout debut campaign.
The grey short-sleeve design features black side panels, red sleeve and hem trim, plus black and red shoulder stripes. It has a V-neck, white Opel Meriva sponsor, Adidas chest branding and the Milan crest with its gold star.
