Japan Home Shirt 2004/06 (XL) is the blue adidas home design worn by the national side during a successful mid‑2000s period, including victory at the 2004 AFC Asian Cup and qualification for the 2006 FIFA World Cup. This Japan shirt represents the Japan 2004/6 kit era, when the team also appeared at the 2005 FIFA Confederations Cup.

The design features a solid blue base with white adidas shoulder stripes and a red V‑neck collar trim. The Japan national team crest appears on the chest opposite the adidas logo, with no sponsor present. Mesh side panels add breathability, typical of early‑2000s performance construction. This Japan 2004/6 jersey is also recognised as a sought‑after Japan vintage shirt from a notable period in international football.
