El diseño presenta una base predominantemente negra con ribetes naranja brillante en el cuello redondo y los bordes de las mangas, complementados con paneles laterales naranjas. El escudo del PSV se sitúa en el pecho junto con la marca Umbro, mientras que Brainport Eindhoven aparece prominentemente en la parte delantera.
