Order processing

All orders placed before 18:00 CET on working days are dispatched the same day from our office in Almelo, The Netherlands. Orders placed after 18:00 CET or on weekends are dispatched the next working day.

Once your order is packed and handed to the carrier, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking link.

Shipping rates

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout on all orders above €100 — no code needed. For orders under €100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Track your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you have not received a dispatch email within 2 working days, please check your spam folder first, then contact us.

Customs & import fees

We ship from The Netherlands, within the European Union. For orders within the EU, no customs duties apply.

For orders shipped to the United States, customs duties are included in the price.

For all other countries outside the EU, import duties and customs fees are not included and are the buyer's responsibility. If customs fees are unpaid and the package is returned to us, we will refund the item cost but not the original shipping cost.

Delays & lost orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please check your tracking link first. If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 working days, contact us at support@first11shirts.com with your order number.
