Het Zwitserse thuisshirt 2004/5 (maat M) is een rood thuisshirt van het nationale elftal, geproduceerd door Puma en gedragen in de periode rond het EK 2004 en de daaropvolgende campagne richting het EK 2006.
Het ontwerp kenmerkt zich door een effen rode basis met witte schouder- en mouwpanelen, afgewerkt met subtiele witte biezen en een V-hals. Het Puma-logo staat op de borst tegenover het Zwitserse nationale wapen, terwijl een klein kruisje op de rechter mouw is aangebracht. Zonder sponsorlogo op de voorkant benadrukt de strakke vormgeving de klassieke look van het Zwitserse Puma-shirt uit de vroege jaren 2000, waardoor het een gewild vintage Zwitsers shirt is voor verzamelaars.
