Het Ajax thuisshirt 2012/13 (M) is een klassiek Ajax-shirt uit het seizoen waarin de club onder Frank de Boer de Eredivisie-titel won. Het shirt werd geproduceerd door Adidas voor de thuiswedstrijden van de club in het seizoen 2012/13.
Het ontwerp kenmerkt zich door het traditionele rode middenpaneel met witte zijkanten, aangevuld met rode Adidas-strepen op de schouders en een V-hals. De AEGON-sponsor is op de voorkant gedrukt, en de Adidas-branding en het Ajax-logo maken de look compleet. Dit Ajax-shirt uit het seizoen 2012/13.
