Het Chelsea trainingsshirt 2015/16 (M) is een officieel Adidas Chelsea-shirt uit het Premier League-seizoen 2015/16. Het werd geproduceerd als een trainingsshirt met korte mouwen tijdens een lastige titelverdedigingscampagne die gepaard ging met de trainerswissel van José Mourinho naar Guus Hiddink.
Het ontwerp kenmerkt zich door een blauwe basis met witte Adidas-strepen op de schouders, een ronde hals en subtiele, tonale verticale details over de bovenkant van de borst. Het Chelsea-logo staat tegenover het Adidas-logo, zonder sponsorlogo zoals gebruikelijk bij trainingskleding. Dit Adidas Chelsea-shirt weerspiegelt de stijl van de Premier League van midden jaren 2010 en is nog steeds een gewild origineel Chelsea-shirt uit een overgangsperiode.
