Het Manchester United thuisshirt 2009/10 Rooney #10 (M) is een klassiek Manchester United-shirt uit het Premier League-seizoen 2009/10, geproduceerd door Nike. Gedragen tijdens een seizoen waarin United als tweede eindigde en de League Cup won, vertegenwoordigt dit thuisshirt een competitief tijdperk in het Engelse voetbal en is het voorzien van Wayne Rooney's rugnummer 10.
Het ontwerp combineert een rode basis met een opvallende zwarte chevron over de borst, aangevuld met de witte AIG-sponsor en Nike-branding.
