Het ontwerp bestaat uit wit met groene en oranje verticale strepen over een subtiel jacquardpatroon, aangevuld met een groene polokraag met oranje en witte bies. Een Adidas-logo prijkt op de borst naast het FAI-embleem, met Opel als sponsorlogo op de voorkant en Keane #6 op de rug. Dit originele Ierse shirt geeft de look weer van een 'Unknown Ireland'-shirt uit een overgangsperiode in het Ierse voetbal.
