Het ontwerp kenmerkt zich door een lichtblauwe basis met een donkerblauw chevronpatroon, aangevuld met een ronde hals en korte mouwen. Het Nike-logo is te zien op de borst, samen met het KNVB-embleem, beide in donkere tinten. Het nummer 12 staat er zonder naam van een speler, zoals gebruikelijk is bij veel selecties.
