Het Chelsea uitshirt 2011/12 Torres #9 (XL) is een adidas Chelsea-shirt uit het seizoen 2011/12, gedragen tijdens een opmerkelijke campagne waarin de club de UEFA Champions League en de FA Cup won, ondanks een zesde plaats in de Premier League. Dit Chelsea-voetbalshirt uit 2011/12 vertegenwoordigt de memorabele Europese triomf van de club en is voorzien van het uitshirtontwerp dat werd gebruikt in nationale en continentale competities.
Het shirt heeft een zwarte basis met een lichtblauw en zwart geometrisch rasterpatroon over de bovenkant van de borst, aangevuld met lichtblauwe boorden op de mouwen en een V-hals. Samsung staat op de voorkant met adidas-branding en het Chelsea-logo op de borst, terwijl drie witte strepen op de schouders de look completeren.
