Het ontwerp kenmerkt zich door opvallende blauwe en rode verticale strepen met een contrasterende polokraag en korte mouwen, afgewerkt met het FC Barcelona-logo op de borst en zonder sponsorlogo op de voorkant. De strakke, sponsorloze look weerspiegelt de stijl van de tenues uit de vroege jaren 80 en benadrukt de traditionele clubkleuren.
