Het Italiaanse uitshirt 1999/00 Maldini #3 (M) is een klassiek Italiaans shirt uit de kwalificatiecampagne voor het EK 2000 onder Dino Zoff, geproduceerd door Kappa toen het team zich plaatste voor het toernooi. Dit Italiaanse tenue uit 1999/00 weerspiegelt een overgangsperiode voor de Azzurri, waarin de stijl van eind jaren 90 gecombineerd wordt met invloeden uit begin jaren 2000.
De witte basis wordt geaccentueerd door een opvallende blauwe horizontale band op de borst, aangevuld met blauwe boorden op de mouwen en een blauwe V-hals. Het Kappa-logo is te zien op de borst naast het Italiaanse embleem, terwijl Maldini 3 op de achterkant een spelersspecifiek detail toevoegt.
