Het Juventus thuisshirt met lange mouwen uit 1990/91 (L) is een thuisshirt met lange mouwen, geproduceerd door Kappa voor Juventus tijdens het Serie A-seizoen 1990/91. Dit Juventus-shirt stamt uit het enige seizoen onder leiding van Luigi Maifredi, waarin de club de halve finale van de Europacup II bereikte ondanks een teleurstellende eindstand in de competitie. Het ontwerp weerspiegelt het Italiaanse voetbal van begin jaren 90 en de technische stofkeuze van Kappa.
Het shirt heeft klassieke zwart-witte verticale kleuren met een subtiel, tonaal geometrisch patroon dat in de stof is geweven, gecombineerd met een witte polokraag en bijpassende manchetten. De UPIM-sponsor prijkt op de voorkant, terwijl het Kappa-logo en het Juventus-embleem met twee sterren de details op de borst completeren.
