Het derde shirt van Leones Negros voor het seizoen 2016/17 (maat L) is een opvallend alternatief ontwerp, gedragen tijdens de Ascenso MX-campagne van de club in 2016/17. Het shirt is geproduceerd door het Mexicaanse merk Charly.
Het ontwerp kenmerkt zich door een witte basis met zwarte schouderpanelen en een ronde hals afgewerkt met zwarte biezen. Een grote leeuwenkop domineert de voorkant, omlijst door horizontale gele en rode banden op de borst. Het clublogo en het Charly-logo staan op de borst, Electrolit op de voorkant en extra sponsorlogo's van Corona en Coca-Cola op de achterkant en mouwen. De gedurfde grafische stijl maakt deze Leones Negros vintage.
