Het ontwerp bestaat uit een witte basis met opvallende rode en blauwe diagonale strepen, aangevuld met een ronde hals en korte mouwen. Een groot Nederlands clubembleem is gecombineerd met een blauw Nike-logo, zonder sponsor zoals gebruikelijk bij internationale tenues. Dit is het Nike-shirt van Nederland.
