Het St. Pauli uitshirt 2021/22 (XXL) is het uitshirt van de club uit het seizoen 2021/22, geproduceerd door DIIY en gedragen tijdens een sterk seizoen in de 2. Bundesliga. Dit St. Pauli-shirt stamt uit het seizoen waarin de Hamburgse club als vijfde eindigde en de kwartfinales van de DFB-Pokal bereikte, en vertegenwoordigt de moderne St. Pauli-shirtperiode van 2021/22 in het Duitse voetbal.
Het ontwerp bestaat uit een effen witte basis met rode accenten op de V-hals en mouwmanchetten, gecombineerd met het zwarte Congstar-sponsorlogo op de voorkant.
